Hydration Protocol  Hydration Protocol is an important part of participating and succeeding in rigorous sports like football. Â
Start with water... take lots of it during the 24 hours leading up to a game - and you'll find you have the energy to get through the hottest and exhausting summer game. Take water during the game - and even spray your head and torso with water as the heat rises. Our turf game fields are terrific in the cold and wet days of spring - but add about 3 degrees to the outside air temperature on the hottest summer days too. Â Â Â |
