Atoms enjoy a safe, non-competitive, and fun full-equipment, tackle football program with other developmental players of their own age. We offer Atom programs in both of our spring and fall programs - and the key difference between the two is that the spring program includes travel to multiple-cities whereas all of our fall teams play within Mississauga and Oakville locally - with no bus travel needed.

 

Oakville Minor Football is a Division of the 40 year old Mississauga Football League - which runs between 6 & 9 teams in this age group each fall. The development and level of play is as good as any rep league - but our non-competitive house-league emphasis ensures that everyone plays; and everyone develops.

 

Here is what we've made work for Oakville kids...

• The best-of-the-best in safety equipment and facilities. We provide Helmets, pads, and body armour; and we practice and play at Oakville's top football park - Bronte Field.
• Uniforms - Both Game & Practice Jerseys & Pants are issued to every player and players keep their Game Jersey at the end of the season.
• An 8 week fall game season begins with a parent information night on Thursday, August 26th with first practice on Saturday, August 28th.
• Practices run two 90 minute sessions a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:00) with home game on the Saturdays. Schedules will be posted up to 4 weeks in advance for your convenience - and coaches try to make accommodations for busy family plans.
• A professional Team Photo and 1 individual photo are included in your registration.
• Turf game fields, 5 refs per game, full equipment, Argos day, certified trainers at practices & games, and much more.
• A ton of fun for the whole family.

 

And at just $450 (Spring) and $365 (Fall) +HST per season, our community Tackle Football program is the best valued full equipment kid's league in Oakville. OMF is a community run organization and every dollar returns to player programs.
