Spring PeeWees enjoy the best of both worlds. They enjoy a safe, non-competitive, and fun full-equipment, tackle football program with other developmental players of their own age. And, they get to travel via coach and school bus to neighbouring clubs to play games. OMF offers PeeWee programs in both spring and fall - and the key difference between the two is that the spring program includes limited travel and a longer season - much of it on turf and under sport bubbles due to the weather. Our fall teams play within Mississauga, Burlington, and Oakville locally - with no bus travel required.

 

PeeWee coaching staffs are selected and we will post the names of the coaches once our board can ratify the lineup.

 

In the spring, Oakville Minor Football plays in the OFC PeeWee division - which runs between 8 & 10 teams in this age group. The development and both level of play - and coaching - are the best football programs in minor sport. Our non-competitive emphasis in this age group ensures that everyone plays; everyone develops; and everyone has fun. We expect to run two teams or more this spring - to ensure that players are involved whatever their athletic development level.

 

Here is what we've made work for Oakville kids...

• The best-of-the-best in safety equipment and facilities. We provide Helmets, pads, and body armour; and we practice and play at Oakville's top football park - Bronte Field.
• Uniforms - Both Game & Practice Jerseys & Pants are issued to every player and players keep their Game Jersey at the end of the season.
• An 8 week spring game season begins with a parent information night on in early April with first practice around the 3rd week of April.
• Practices run as two 90 minute sessions a week (Tuesdays-Thursdays or Monday-Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00) with home games on Sundays.
• Schedules will be posted up to 4 weeks in advance for your convenience - and coaches will try to make accommodations for your busy family plans.
• A professional Team Photo and 1 individual photo are included in your registration.
• Turf home game and practice fields, 5 refs per game, full equipment, Ivor Wynn Day, certified trainers at practices & games, and much more.
• A ton of fun is promised for the whole family.

 

And at just $550 (Spring) and $400 (Fall) +HST per season, our community Tackle Football programs are the best valued kid's league in Oakville. OMF is a community run organization and every dollar returns to player programs.
